Please arrive to class 5-15 minutes early to get settled into a more tranquil space.

BE TIDY.

Please remove all footwear upon entering the front door.

BE UNATTACHED.

No bags, shoes or electronics including smart watches are permitted in the practice room. Change rooms are provided to store your belongings and the front door will be locked during practice.

BE STILL.

Please observe silence upon entering the practice room, be mindful of your neighbours who may already be in meditation or savasana, same goes for our final savasana. Shhhhhhh!

BE NICE.

Take rest and water at any point in your practice and observe non judgment towards yourself, others and the teachers during class. You’re already the best possible version of yourself, you’re killing it!
