We will learn to relax, better cope with stress and anxiety, focus the mind and feel better centred ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Alex guides meditation methods that can help calm, focus and relax the mind with a goal of helping people find their centre. His training started in the 1980โ€™s working with a Northern Cree Shaman in Manitoba learning the spiritual and meditative practices of this native culture. Since then Alex has attended workshops and training sessions focusing on Buddhist meditation, Transcendental meditation, Stress Management, and how to incorporate Yoga into meditative practice. Workshop goals are to help people relax, manage stress and anxiety issues and other problems such as dwelling on the past and or worry about things that they cannot control. Alex believes that meditative practice is a journey that can be shared with others in a collaborative way to the collective benefit of a community. โ€œBe Wellโ€
