Mommy + Baby Workout Series


Many modifications will be provided throughout the Mommy & Me classes as they are tailored towards a variety of participants including moms with babies, women/moms participating without babies, and mama-to-be’s! The classes will include a combination of choreographed cardio, arms, legs, and glute exercises which can be performed while baby is in a carrier (baby is welcome on a yoga mat on the floor as well - anything goes)!
